    I also walk everyday now. I walk 1-3 miles daily, in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. I also do pushups and squats. I started my new routine about a month ago.

    What have you done today?

    I went for a 2 mile walk this morning, worked on my forum, made a video for my facebook page, read the bible, read a few pages of another book, and listened to some music. I also hung out with my family members. Overall, it was a pretty good today. I didn't do much today, it was a great day though.

    I have yes. I don't get too drunk that often anymore these days though. But, the last time I got drunk was a month ago. I generally like to go out with friends on a monthly basis for drinks.
