Are you sure this is recent, @galty ? I have not read anything about this on the news, and I think that ICE has been doing a good job of arresting and deporting a lot of the illegals now. We are not seeing it on mainstream news about ICE because they just follow whatever the paid protesters are protesting.

Last weekend was another of those ridiculous No Kings protests.
As usual , a lot of the people were older folks who were just out there marching around, and many of the larger protests were the paid protesters, and a few local people.
In some places it is just hard to imagine how they even find people willing to look this ridiculous, and it makes you wonder if their brain functions at all ?

Legal experts say Trump is right that the Constitution does not guarantee a "trial" for every migrant detained and ordered deported at the border or inside the country. In fact, migrants in the country illegally do not have extensive procedural protections from removal. (If they did, it wouldn't have been possible for ICE to deport more than 270,000 last year.)

The legislators don't care about the Constitution. I don't think most have read it before they swore to uphold it.
